Owner/Project Manager
Ronaldo is a dedicated professional with over 20 years of experience in the roofing industry. Originally from Costa Rica, Ronaldo has built a reputation for delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional service. Balancing the demands of a successful business with raising two children and spending time with Rocky, the family dog, Ronaldo also enjoys traveling, playing soccer, and discovering new restaurants. His passion for excellence in roofing is matched by his commitment to providing personalized care and attention to every project.
Adriana
Owner/Office Director
Adriana is the proud co-owner of H&R Roofing, where she oversees all office duties, bookkeeping, and accounts payable, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Her dedication to H&R's success is matched only by her commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients. Outside of work, Adriana is a devoted mom to two amazing kids and a lively black lab named Rocky. In her free time, she enjoys vacationing and spending time at the Cape, exploring new restaurants, and indulging in diverse culinary experiences.
Jean
Project Manager Commercial Division
Jean has been a dedicated member of the team since 2018, bringing with him a wealth of experience in the roofing industry dating back to 2006. As the Project Manager for the Commercial Division, he leads projects with a strong focus on excellence and efficiency, ensuring that clients' expectations are not only met but exceeded. At home, Jean is a proud father to three wonderful daughters who fill his life with joy and energy. In his free time, he enjoys vacationing at the beach with his family and has a passion for music, often playing the drums to unwind.
Victoria
Office Manager
Victoria has been a dedicated member of the team since 2019. After taking a brief period away, she returned with renewed passion and commitment. As a mother of two wonderful children, she understands the importance of hard work, balance, and dedication. Outside of work, Victoria is actively pursuing her education, always striving for personal and professional growth. She has a deep love for cooking, constantly experimenting with new recipes, and enjoys photography, capturing life’s beautiful moments through her lens.
Gus
Supply Store Manager
Gus joined the team in 2020 as a sales rep, and by 2022, he had taken on the role of store manager at the supply store. His hard work and dedication have been key to his growth within the company. Outside of work, Gus enjoys spending his free time fishing and staying active by working on projects in his yard. His love for the outdoors and hands-on activities helps him stay balanced and energized both personally and professionally.
Robbie
Project Manager
Robbie has been a proud and valuable member of the team since 2021. With a strong background as a builder and a contractor license to his name, he brings a wealth of hands-on experience and technical expertise to every project he undertakes. His deep passion for the roofing industry fuels his drive to consistently deliver the highest quality work, ensuring that each roof is built to withstand the elements and stand the test of time. Outside of his professional life, Robbie channels his competitive spirit on the hockey rink, where he enjoys the thrill and fast-paced action of the game. His dedication both on and off the job is a testament to his commitment to excellence and teamwork.
Stephan
Project Consultant
Stephan, originally from Colombia, joined the team in 2024 and brings a strong background in the construction industry. With plenty of hands-on experience, he focuses on making sure every project is done with top quality and efficiency. Stephan’s goal is to ensure each task is completed to the highest standards, and he enjoys working closely with the team to get great results. His hard work and dedication make him a valuable part of the company.
